Spa Policies
Arrival time
Please arrive only 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Due to the limit of waiting area and we don’t have the receiptionist. Every new client needs to fill intake form. Please note that after 6 pm and Sunday, the front door is locked if you arrive too early we may still be in a service and not be able to take you or let you in the building. There is no receptionist, and building doors do lock automatically.
Late Arrival
We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment, as we will need to finish at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. , Unfortunately, we will not be able to add extra time if you arrive late.
Cancellation
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
* Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or No Show are subject to a cancellation fee of HALF THE PRICE OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
We will send an email or text to confirm your service appointments two business days before your appointment date.

Gift cards and Gift certificates:
Gift cards and Gift certificates are non-refundable and can not be redeemed for cash or gratuties.
